Temps underhood are over 145, and that's what the temp sensor will read. Don't worry about it. You could put a cold air kit on it, But I don't think they are worth any power increase since temps underhood even out once you get moving, and the extra bends seemed to negate the power increase from cold air, at least from what I've seen in some situations. Another option is ceramic coating.
