Rod from the brake pedal fell off

ok so I was out with the wh1 and I staged it and launched when I got off the throttle and went for the brake the pedal was gone. Just hanging there. Stopped to find that the rod came out of the hydroboost brake booster. Has anyone had this happen? Is there a locking device that is missing (cuz there wasn't anything there)? Im just glad I was only doing 80mph on the street and wasn't at the track doing over a 100. Please help.

Yikes there is a clip to hold that on. Usually that is hard to come apart, glad you were not rolling . . .

I was doing like 80-90mph when I found out the brake pedal wasn't attached. I almost had to change my shorts. LOL.
Im gonna look for the clip. If I cant find it where can I get one?

Is is possable that the factory Hydroboost system maybe starting to die? Maybe it released the brakes to slow and thats how it popped out or the pump not working as well as it should? Im at a loss on why this happened.
