RJC Boost Bleeder

What is the maximum boost possible using the bleeder.I have a fresh Ta61.I don't believe the actuator is a factor.I'm trying to get 25 psi.All the supporting mods are present.I'm looking at a stiffer spring or shim in the valve.Any help is appreciated.

I think you may be able to "stretch" the spring a little aand then put it back in. Also, you could tighten up your actuator rod a turn or so if you can.

I have a hd wastegate actuator and his boost controller and have alot of adjustment left and I run 25 psi.

Just sqaw your other post. You need a hvy dty actuator IMO

Are you guys getting any boost spikes running the RJC valve and having your boost that high ?

yes i was at the when i first installed it, but i also did the turbo at the same time. i ported the heck out of the turbo and it fixed it.
