What exactly does the Riviera's low fuel light sending unit look like. I've been searching but all I've found was a bulb? Is it just a bulb or what does it look like? Thanks.

It surprised us too, when first seeing it...looks just like you said.

Plug it in your TR dash, and that's it! :)

If you'll search on this site in this subject, you'll find a link to a pic of this low fuel light assembly. Best I can describe it is to say that it is a little smaller than 1" sqaure and has a bulb attached to a circuit board. The assembly will twist and rotate out from it's dash position from behind. I've found that these assemblys were present on about 25% of all of those era Rivs I found. HTH. A very nifty feature and will illuminate in bright orange when fuel is low. Direct bolt in for a TR.

low fuel light on digital dash

Can this assembly be made to work on a digital dash? Looks like you would have to cut the film to fit the assembly into the hole.

No it wont fit a digital. You dont need it anyway. The display flashes "E" when its low on fuel assuming your sending unit is still reading accurately.
