Riv fuel sending unit swap

Not the same. Do you need one for a TR & wanted to adapt a riv one, or do you need one for a riv & wanted to use a regal one? If you need one for a riv, you might want to check one from an eldorado ( but not the pump ) The eldos are also fuel injected & use the same tank, so its sender is likely adaptable to a riv. i need one for my T-type regal. Dumbass Autozone had one listed for the 84 but it was for a Non turbo car. They did have one for the 84 turbo Riv though.
My sending unit works, but someone must have jacked up on the gas tank to much and squished the lines coming right out of the sending unit. It works, but I know fuel is getting restricted, Its really bad on the return side, but my pressure gauge seems to say its ok. Just would like to know for sure I have no restrictions in the gas line. Maybe its a good thing having the return line squished a bit, might make the pump work better.
