ring gap for sealed power ring on JE's

Purchased a set of sealed power file to fit rings for a set of 20 over J/E for a 109 block. What top ring and second ring gap do some of you run?

.018 top ring
.022 second ring
.018 oil ring
Right or wrong, that is what I used.
Going off the info in the Seal Power performance catalog.
Some say a little tighter, but I was afraid.
So far it appears to be sealed up well--no blow by or oil dripping off breather.
