Remove exhaust housing on car????

Quick question. I want to remove my stock turbo exhaust housing so I can enlarge the wastegate hole before installing my THDP. I've got all the bolts loose EXCEPT for that little ba****d down at the bottom by the oil drainback line. Is it possible to remove the exhaust housing with the turbo on the car. Trying to do it w/o pulling the turbo but unless there's a trick, I don't see how I can get that bolt out. This little project is turning into a PITA. Thanks in advance!

Nevermind

Nevermind, I've already got so much stuff loosened/removed trying too get room to wrench that little bugger, I might as well pull it.
