relays on inside of pass. fender?

HI guys, what are those relays on the inside of the passenger fender well? I unhooked them with the car running on it died. I am still in the process of finding whats causing my super low voltage all over the car. Thanks.

I believe they are the fuel pump relay and the air conditioning cut-out relay.

I would have to agree. I know one of them is definetly for the fuel pump.
