I'm sure there is a milage number to do it at. I do it every 2 seasons. If I race it a lot i do it every season. As far as fluid I use Synthetic with GM posi additive.

I agree. Once a year is suggested if driven hard. We use synthetics. Use a good brand.

im guessing im alittle over due? its been about 6 years but only about 5,000 miles.

I used mobil 1 with no additive and had no chatter or break out.

No additive, all that crap does is allow your posi to slip. If its chattering then you know its working. JMO
