Rear bumper questions

Ok, I'm going to powdercoat the Goodmark repro rear bumper. Is there a specific powdercoat gloss black color code and brand. Spoke to a powder coater and they said what brand and shade of gloss black.
uh.... any input?
Also, I have the rear impact strip. How does it attach? Is there some hardware or push on clips I can buy?

The impact strip installs with pal nuts that tighten down on plastic studs built into the strip.

I found the nuts for the impact strip. Do they sell the bolts for the bumper under the impact strip new somewhere? I can't seem to find them.

Can't help with the brand/shade, but my bumper was powder coated and it looked great...until I Dripped gas on it from fill Ups. So I got it powder coated again and now I always put paper towels down when I buy gas.

I'm surprised the powdercoat would be affected by gas.

I was too. I tried wet sanding and buffing it but that made it worse. They had to burn off the old powder. Charged me twice what I paid the first time!
