Really confused

I've been readinf posts on trans lines and fitting sizes every thread is diffrent.Here is what I want to do,get rid of the metal lines and hook back into the factory locations,so what fittings do I need to do this and what size rubber line also.Thanks for any help.

Ahhhhhhhh I figured it out.Btw they sure don't give you alot of room to work with LOL
