Rattle/knock sound after warmed up

Any ideas for torquing the balancer bolt? I hit it with an impact gun (1/2" inch and the compressor at 150 psi" but I know it didn't get to 220 ft lbs.

The simplest way (seriously) is drop the flywheel inspection cover, clamp vice grips tightly on the flywheel on the driver side, not on the teeth. Then torque away on the balancer. The vice grips will hold it to 219 lb ft. I just did this week before last myself.

No flexplate cracks, crank bolt was as tight as I could get it with an impact and then had someone hold the flywheel with vice grips and layed into it again.

Found the driver side header heat shield had nearly rusted itself off, maybe that was causing it, but can't go test it now because the stupid lower shock mount bolts snapped off while trying to remove them to replace control arm bushings.....
