I pulled the turbo to fix a leak on the return line. Did the bracket "cut out" for easier installation and Im just wondering if I can use "cork" gasket and a little RTV to ensure a good seal between the line and the turbo. Only want to do this once....hopefully

Yes, you can use a cork gasket with a skim coat of RTV. Do not use too much because if you do it may squeeze some of the RTV out and black the drain side of the turbo. Also, be sure not to over tighten the drain line as it will pinch out the gasket.
