Queston on insulated panel/cover 4 fuse panel drivers side

The panel that is insulated and covers the fuse box on the drivers side sags in the middle. Is this common on these cars? The way the holes line up, it seems that would be natural to sag but it drives me nuts. I tried to tuck the middle part under the dash to hold, but that does not work. Any solutions?

One or more of the vendors (Kirban, I think, maybe Poston) has a fiberglass cover that is stiffer. On the other hand, mine doesn't sag at all, because it is on the floor in the storage room, not under the dash in my car.
