Questions on S-10 wheel cylinders

I am thinking of buying some S-10 wheels cylinders for my WE4. And I have some questions. Do they sell these at Advanced Auto?
What year S-10 should I buy them for. Will all S-10 wheel cylinders fit Buick rearends. And do I have to add anything to the brake system to make the work Like a porportioning valve or anything. thanks
