Precision Turbo for sale

I have a Precision Pt63-E Turbo With low miles, something around 5,000 miles and currently on my car. The compressor side of the turbo is polished and looks chrome. It has a 3" inlet and a 2" outlet on the compressor side, and a .63 exhaust side. It is a 3 bolt turbo and will directly replace a stocker. $750 obo

is that a ballbearing will it work with stock heads

I have stock heads and stock headers and It works great, it is not a ball bearing.
