Powerlogger issue with SD TT chip

Just finished installing and running the SD chip with the power logger. The runs and idles fine but im having an issue with the powerlogger. All the sensors aseem to be giving me correct reading except for the four windows that display AFR correction (locked at 99.2%) VE (locked at 0) MAP (locked at 1) and afterstart which moves from 52.2 to 52.0.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
