I have a front export bumper brace. Really hard to find these that aren't rusted out, that being said it does have some pitting. It was sandblasted and powder coated semi-gloss black.
These are very light and only available on certain pre 85 models.

The ones put on at the factory are spring loaded and will always want to be in the up position. When filling with gas you need to jam the gas cap in there to get the nozzle in. These are from other GM cars which has a spring detent which has a spring but the detent allows it to hold in the lower position.
