Please help, breaking up at 3500 rpm

The car stars and idles fine but when you rev up the motor, when it reaches 3500rpm the motor stops revving like its hitting a revla-meter. The car has new crank sensor, swapped out the coil/module. Wires, plugs, map sensor. The car also has new fuel pump. I also cut out the catalytic converter but no luck. Any help in this matter is really appreciated. The motor only has 30K, it came from a burned car.

is this when you driving the car? or is when its parked and tou give it gas?

If it's when your driving replace your spark plugs. Had the same problem.

It happens at both times, when you rev in park as well as driving. the car will not go over 3500 rpm.
