Phoenix Slicks

My dad just recently ordered a set of 28.5x11.5 phoenix slicks from Jegs and theyre not listed in the catalog. I see that theyre not legal for TSO and I was wondering if any knew the exact measurements, ie. section width, tread width, exact height. Thanks in advance
