Passenger Side Mirror

Quick question. I know not all GN's had remote passenger side mirrors. For the ones that aren't, are you able to manually tilt the mirror up and down with ur hand?
I saw one recently where the glass was stuck as is in place, couldnt be moved.
Never saw a non remote mirror before, was wondering if this is the way they are.

Yes they can be moved and adjusted by hand. Cable could have rusted if it does not want to move freely.

lots of them get the cable cut off during swaps etc and it seems to make then really sticky or really loose with nothing in between

I have the passenger remote mirror. Bugs me to no end because I can't adjust it with the remote knob high enough for me to use the mirror, and when I adjust it by moving the mirror itself with my hand, it usually drops right back down after a while.

This one seems frozen. I tried pushing it on the edges, but it wouldn't budge, I thought it was meant to be in one position, since there is no remote cable. Maybe someone glued it! lol
