Hi, I would consider travelling to Windsor. It is about a 3 hour drive from Stratford. Can you get it there?

Its expensive to ship. I can ship it to Detroit, ask my friend to pick it up and bring it over and save the fee for crossing over. But it can be done. Or if you pay me enough I will drive it up and visit my friend.

Are they functional, or do they need minor things to have them functional?

Functional? Meaning what? There is no other parts besides the vents. No ducting that others have asked about. They are not perfect. But in good shape. Anywhere they are shipped will be at your cost. Unless you wait til I drive up and can bring them up.
