We;ll if you're going to be that way, I've got 2 briskets and 2 large rack of ribs that need cooking. One of each will be done for the races in May and I've been getting more and more tempted to cook one rack of ribs on the smoker so I can stay in practice. I might even be talked into cooking one of the briskets.
