2. Vacuum leak detector - attaches to MAF pipe and you apply air from your compressor to detect vacuum leaks
3. 50# injector thumb-wheel chip

0 - no start
1 - valet - 4000rpm limit 0 boost cycle
2 - Carter street 19 - 19 degree timing
3 - TT alcohol - 22/19 degree
4 - TT alcohol - 24-21 degree
5 - Carter race 110 octane, 27 degree
6 - TT alky 23/21 degree
7 - TT alky 24/22

Interested in the chip does it require ecm modifications to work?

No ecm mods.
The chip replaces your regular chip.
It does have a wire that attaches to the chip that you run out the cover that has the settings.
I ran this wheel into my glove box.
