Painting the inside of OEM fillers

I pulled my fillers to get them repainted. Since I bought the car a year ago they keep there shine for a day before starting to haze over. They are still soft and flexible. Would painting the inside help preserve them by not letting them absorb or release as freely as they can when they are only painted on the outside?
