Have my GN on lift replacing all the fuel lines with new pre-bent stainless steel stuff and decided to service the rear end while it was in the air. When I pulled off the diff. cover, I discovered that my car had an open rear. Before I put it back on the ground Im going to correct this and need some suggestions on what carrier to replace it with. From what Ive seen on Summit Racing site, I like the Detroit Tru-Trac?
Car is currently stock and I just added H&R's complete rear suspension package with weld in bracing. I do want to make some future upgrades in the power department Appreciate anyones opinion here.

Get an Eaton. It's stock and they hold up to abuse fairly well. You can also rebuild them when they get worn. It will be a good time to upgrade to 30 spline axles when you do it.

Just ordered the 30-Spline Eaton Detroit Tru-trac, and Moser 30-sline axles along with needed bearings, races & shims.
