oil in radiator neck and radiator fluid

so i popped the rad cap and found some oil in the radiator neck and rad fluid. not a lot but enough...

any thoughts where its coming from?

any suggestions best way how to find and fix?

Hmm. That is one of the signs of a head gasket going. Run the car with the rad cap off and see if you are getting bubbles.
Also might be time for a compression and/or a leak down test.
How does your oil look?

any coolant in oil ?
could be headgasket lifted or oil cooler in radiator sprung a leak
