Oil drain plug

I felt most comfortable installing the drain plug on the left rear vertical portion of the pan, the area that is flat and looks like an angle on the corner of the pan. I installed it as low as possible in the flat area. I sealed it with JB weld too. Now when I go to drain the pan, there is only about 1/8" of fluid in it when I remove it all the way. Makes life less messy.....The cheapie drain plug with the O-ring from the parts store is fine. Install the nylon washer on the inside though, JB Weld on the outside.
