I got mine from the dealer 3 months ago, but be aware that they changed the trans line connector sizes and I had a b*tch of a time trying to make it work. With tax, close to $400.

I just picked up a new one from www.radiatorbarn.com for about $240.00 shipped. Has both the oil cooler and tranny cooler, but as previously mentioned, the size for the tranny lines has been changed. Ended up having to make my own adapters out of the fittings they sent with the radiator. Their website states it will not work on an A/C equipped car, but I think that is due to the thick tranny line adapters that they send (unmodified, they would hit the condenser). Other than that it was a bolt in replacement. I retained my A/C (mandatory, it's Phoenix).

Seems to be working well, but the true test will be when it gets up to 115 this summer.
