O2's 900+ at idle

I'm stumped...chip is burned by Eric, translator is set to position 2 (leaner at idle)...blm's are 128/129 at idle, everything is perfect, except the damn O2's which stay around 915 at idle...it's driving me nuts. I know this is pig rich, but I would have to set FP to like 36 to get it down to the 700's. I don't understand how the damn O2's could be at 900 and the ECM be adding fuel at 129????

relevant items

O2 is heated from (wherever I forget)
chip is TT (91-93, 42lb pr hour)
MAF is 3.5" LS1 with translator (set to base 2)
Walbro hot wired/42psi line off

I'm baffled, car runs smooth but when I lower fuel pressure I get issues, not to mention the lowest I was able to get the O2's is in the mid 800's, I don't want to get into boost till I resolve this.

?

How old is your O2 Sensor? That would be the first thing I'd check. I struggle with my car as well, so I am no expert.

Actually it's brand new....also have another does the same thing..I replaced the cone filter with a smaller 9" and the #'s dropped to 850. The filter is also connected to the MAF sensor, I am going to try moving it so it is not connected directly to the sensor and see if that helps...
