They are not in the GM bags but are NOS with blue adhesive backing still applie. One of the emblems has a small blemish on the top left part of the red T. It is shiny like the rest of the emblem so it isnt that the clear is rubbed off, it just seems it just had a smudge or some dirt before it was cleared at the factory.
