I will be purchasing a 87 GN with in a couple of months, as a track car and weekend car.
After some reading on here, I have gathered a possible list that will get me in the 10's. Hopefully mid to low.
Here are the plans:
-A good bolt on combo with aluminum heads, 60# Mototrons, alky injection, a good intercooler and one of these PT6776R turbos with a 3200 stall converter.
-the "Original" Art Carr's High Tech Kit
ptsxtreme.com with a billet converter option
-GN1-R heads or hogged out stock iron heads with decent cam
-chips by Turbotweak.com and/or Scanmaster
-Girdled stock block, until it lets go.
-sticky tires
-probably a decent coilover system
What else should I consider or missing?
