New wheels and tires

This is a dumb question but im buying new wheels and tires for the first time. Buying weld prostars, and summitt told me 4.5 backspacing, and i want to make sure i know before i order. Im going to run 15x8 in the front, and not sure on front, 15x5 probabaly. Also running 275/50/15 on rear, and like a 165/65/15 on front, but not sure what most people run, it will be a street driven mid 11 second car, so not a race car by anymeans. any help would be greatlly appreciated, as far as backspacing and size of front they use, maybe even add a few pics if you have any, thanks again

I have a 4.5" backspace on my rears, but they are 10 inch wheels.

I would think a 3.5 BS would center the 8 inch wheel in the wheel well better and give you a bit more of a "dish" on the outer side of the wheel.

But I could be wrong..............

I have weld prostars on 2 of my Turbo Buicks. The rears are the 8 Inch width with 3 1/2 in back space.

Both cars look really good, greg what size did you end up using on the front? Will my 275/50/15 on that wheel and that backspacing be good,using radials now but going to buy drag radials next year....thx again
