So after fighting an uphill battle with trying to save my 86 GN I decided to sell it. I knew I wanted another GN, preferably one with low mileage and a good amount of bolt ons. Well after about 4months here in Afghanistan I get talking with one of the buick guys back home (also a TB member) and he says he's thinking about selling his car..I think I called him that next week saying I'd take it. The car is flawless. 51k miles, Great paint and the exact amount of mods I was looking for. Plus I knew how he took care of it so I was sure I wouldn't come home to any surprises. Now I just have 3 more weeks in As$ghanistan and I can go home and get a few tickets in it

Beautiful car; enjoy it!

Thank you for your service and get home safe.

All the best,
Bill

These were taken by Chad when he owned the car. The best pics I have of the car.

Sweet looking TB. What happened to your 86 GN?
well I sold my vette when we found out we were expecting,,and I always loved GN's, and i found one on craigslist..went to go look at it, and man was it in rough shape...but all i saw was something i could drive and save money on and fix up at the same time...man was I WRONG!!! I got in way to deep and just had to stop the bleeding and sell it..

this was my 86

That was a nice looking GN. I love the 86 TB line. You must miss her a bit. What was going wrong with her?

Ha not at all sirr..It was just too much to even list. 140xxx miles, some rust, having to dump money into it just to keep it running. Thats why I bought the low mileage 87. "hopefully" I will just be able to enjoy it and have the only money I dump in be for performance parts and things that I can enjoy.
