Just got a 86 gn. Already have motor torn down. Lost oil pressure at the track, so doing a full rebuild.

hows it going matgojoe.check the crank youre going to have to get it turned there preety stout seen stock bottom ends make 600hp but youre on borrowed time. get some billet mains and a good set pistons and cam you can make well north of 600hp and not worry about driving over youre crank..youre rods and crank will be fine for youre build good luck son!

block crank heads rods and pistons are at machine shop now. they said crank was good but probably gonna have it turned anyways. did find a flat lobe on the cam though. was thinking about the edelbrock performer plus for it, and speed pro forged pistons.
