Hey there everybody!

My names Mike I'm new to turbo buick, I'd still say I'm pretty new to the GN scene I've had mine since march of 2012 so 2 years now, but I didn't really start doing anything with it till last year but any hooters lets get to what you guys want to hear!

My pride and joy is my 1987 Buick Regal Turbo T Limited, with a factory sunroof as most of you know in '87 there was only 1,035 limiteds and only 300 with the factory sunroof. My Regal is Kevin Hess' old TSM car the dark blue one he was running back in '09 in the mid 9s. Fast forward to 2012 I got it from someone who had it after Kevin so anything that was changed or replaced in the mean time from Kevin to me is unknown, but I talk to and deal Kevin a lot. Which by the way he's a stand up guy, very helpful and so completely knowledgeable about the GN's

The specs on my Regal are;

It's still set up with everything Kevin had on the car other the the long block. It's a stock long block with head studs
96# injectors
Precision 70mm turbo
Fast B2B grey box
Neal Chance converter and Turbo 400 with a brake
adjustable uppers
QA1's in the back
built up 10 bolt with the 3.90 gear and spool
28x10.5's in the back

I'm starting to run the Xtreme Outlaw Series out here in Ohio in the 7.50 index class.

As of last season with Kevins help and learning the EFI tuning on my own I was about to get 7.40's in the 1/8 with 1.40 60 foot times pulling the front wheels on 20 psi and 22 degrees of timing I was pretty proud of myself on that even though I know there is definitely a lot more left in it, well my laptop crashed over the winter so I've been through 4 laptop's now to get to tuning again and as of tonight finally got one that would work with the B2B. Well I have to start from scratch on the tune again because I had to reset the boost and I didn't know if the test tune in the b2b was safe so to be safe I made a new VE table and took the boost down till I can get my bearings again. I definitely glad I came from SBC and BBC to turbo v6's lol.

A little back round on me is I grew up in a racing family started out in Jr. Dragsters and now have a 83 cutlass drag car, the regal and my '92 Silverado short bed that I'm making into a Outlaw truck with a LS turbo build. I worked at Pro-Filer cylinder head company for a couple of years and really got going into head work which was one of the funniest learning experiances I've ever had. I'm 21 and even though I've grown up my whole life wrenching and racing I'm always eager to learn and try new things, because like my dad taught me you can never stop learning and always listen to what someone has to say no matter if they know more or less then you they may have an easier or better way to do something.

I'm not home right now so I can't post pictures but when I do get home I'll upload a bunch because everybody knows a thread sucks with out pictures! Glad to be in the Turbo Buick family!!!

Pictures guys!
