WOW...Talk about work. this is not an easy job. I remove the complete floor from the factory seam and install A floor from a junk yard regal with no rust. The new floor was weld in the factory location, and i finish with two coats of POR-15. when the paint dry i will remove the dashboard and contuine the same work.

this regal is going to stay with me a long time. If this car is to me stolen,I wish the MF good luck, because I am placing VIN code stamp into the sheet metal every where.

It was worth the hard work i love the way it came out. looks pretty:D .

I know it going to be a pain in the A$$ to replace the headliner, because the old headliner was all peice together. I am glad i did this cause the other day is rain and i found all the leaks (windsheild).

The POR-15 i am using comes in gloss gray and gloss black. this stuff is truly amazing. also there is 1800 degree manifold (cast color) for exhaust manifold. I am going to apply this paint to the turbo exhaust housing and downpipe.

Great Job

Hey Great job. You think your floor was bad you should see mine. I bet it was hard finding a rust free floor in new york. I wish you lived in florida cuz I would pay to get mine done..what can I am lazy when it comes to non running gear stuff. It makes the car lighter anyway. :)
