Need help

The car has been sitting at body shop for 3 yrs finally got the car done I have about 150 miles on the car since I took it from the shop. Now the car drive fine on the highway no stumble or anything but when I drive on locally roads it will die at every light then it takes about 30 sec and it will restart and die at the next light. No code the only thing I notice is the 02 mils bounce all of the place from 750 600 250. Any thought on what it might be

Could be a bad TCC solenoid.

Is there any way to test the tcc.... Would the tcc give a code

Jump A and F on the ALDL terminal. You should hear a faint click coming from the tranny pan. (engine off)

The car is worse now it dies while driving had to limp it home still no codes itnow dies on the highway while driving

Could be three year old gas.

naw tank was empty i just filled up
