Need Help with a no start

Hey guys, its been a long time since i posted anything but i need your help, i have a 89TTA, car was sitting in storage for a while, so my dad wen to put the battery on and he put the wires reversed!, so i check all the fuses and fuseable links, all good, car cranks but no start, no spark, noid light not blinking, started doing the trouble shooting guide as follows

noid light on injector not working
put a test light on injector connector and is on ok
disconnected c3i harness and checked for power at terminal p, ok
probed 12v test light at terminal C, no blinking noid light
checked for continuity on circuit 430 from ecm to c3i harness and it was open
so i fixed that open wire,
still no noid light action....... chart says ecm is bad, is their anything else to check before i get a new ecm

It's possible that when the cables were put on the car reversed they did blow out the ecm. That is usually what happens. Hopefully that did not happen in your case. Good luck.
