need help to buy

First off this will be all newbie questions, im 21 and have been wantin a gn for a while(86-87) dont wanna fall victim to the ricer side and still would like to spank a v8 or 2.
1. When lookin to buy, what can i expect to pay foe a 86-87 t top with around 50-60k on it?
2. Where can i find stock specs. and performance numbers?
3.What am i lookin at $ wise to get it in the low 12s?
4. I know the gnx is really rare, but after that which is next?
5. Does anyone know of a shop near MD that can give good advise on the gn's?

just a few quick ones, if anyone can help it would be alot of help.

3.You proably get where you wont for under $3000. Try looking @ Jack Cottons web page. (Cottons Performance) Link is on the home page. I think he still sells packages to get you there an he good to talk it over with. Look at the web page an call him.
4.The 87 WE-4 cars were the next quickest an rare in standing.
