Need Help/Running Bad...

My car today started acting funny at idle and low speeds. The car will start fine but when it settles down to its normal idle it will idle way low and just die. If I can keep it running long enough to get into gear when I try and start accelerating it will hesitate and then take off fine. If I can get it driving it runs fine without any problems that I can see. Has anyone ever had this problem and if so could you try and lead me in the right direction to diagnose this problem? check:
ANYTHING YOU"VE RECENTLY CHANGED first...then
fuel pressure (including vac line to reg)
fuel pump
fuel filter
plugs/wires
MAF-which one do you use?
cam sensor
crank sensor

could be bad gas as well.

All new fuel filter, plugs (CR43TS gapped at .034") Wires (MSD Super Conductor Wires), I will Check for vacuum leaks when I get the chance. I use stock remanufactured MAF (previous owner put it on). I want to rule out fuel pressure/pump since it will take off fine once it over comes its off idle stumble/hesitation but I wont totally rule it out until its checked. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
