Currently have a 4-link, coil over set up in the rear, and 90/10 drag shocks on Moog 5683 springs in the front.

Car sits too high in the front...need to drop another 1 1/2-2in.

Car is light in front- S2 w/ alum heads, manual steering, no a/c, fiberglass hood/front bumper, alum bumper supports, etc.

What front coli over setup an spring rate is best?

Looking for good street manners, however proper weight transfer is imperative for track duty, no autocross.

What do you guys suggest?

Scaling the car first so you know where the weight sits.;) Once you know the weight of each corner and cross weights then a spring can be picked which will work best for your situation.

The cheaper ones you want to stay away from. QA1 and ridetek are good choices as well as the traditional ones like KONI. The more adjustment they have the better you can dial the control in, so single adjustment will work but being able to adjust the rebound as well as compression is a big plus.

Charlie is correct, you need to at least know the weight in the front of the car and also the rear in order to choose the proper coil over springs...

We receive calls every week about people unhappy with their QA1's so we don't recommend them... We have never head a single complaint on the Ridetech shocks which carry a 1,000,000,00 mile warranty which no other shock manufacture carries so that must say something about their quality.

There are several guy's here on this board that are drag racing the RideTech coil overs that we sold them. They seem to like them so far and are cutting some nice 60' times with them, they are single adjustable too... ;)

We will do you a complete set (front & rear) of single adjustable coil overs for $1,400

Then if you want a shock with more adjustability, with remote reservoirs then we have the Triple Adjustable coil overs! Going beyond the typical double adjustable units that have been popular, the TA shock has a single rebound adjustment and a DUAL stage [high speed and low speed] compression adjustment. It uses a remote reservoir that is connected with a 30" braided line for easy installation in a variety of installation applications. Of course these are More Expensive but when it comes to coil over shocks "You get what you pay for"......
