One of my 205 70R 15 Uniroyal Tigerpaw front tires decided it shouldn't be round anymore and developed this big bump. Only a few thousand miles on them BUT over 12 years old. Lots of tread but OLD.
They don't make this particular tire anymore so I need a new pair of SOMETHING.
I just had the front end alighned so I want to stay with the same size tire. They are mounted on 15x7 Weld Drag Stars and I have Nitto 275 60 15's on 10x15's on the rear
What are others running - I'd like to find something in the under $100 a tire range? Also decent ride and quiet tread.
Last question - do I need to be concerned about the speed rating? This is a high 10 sec car but never sees that as it is a street toy and hardy ever gets rung out that far.
