need feedback(powermaster problem)

my brake light went on last week for a minute then turned off,then a few days later again(stayed on for a min or two and got a hard pedal),now its on all the time and the pedal is hard.
so what are the usual parts to go bad in the powermaster system?
also im thinking of just converting over to vacum brakes,from what places can i get a complete kit ready to bolt on?

I just had the same problem. Look to see if the switch beind the resovour (3 wires, gray) is leaking at all. Mine was, I replaced it and now it works fine.

Red Regal T has complete Vac. Brake conversion kits for $125...just do a seach on his name and you'll find them.
