No, it all looks original but I have never seen another limited with almost full blackout.

Cars like this should be appreciated not depreciated. Personally, that car value is now depreciated. Your car seems confused with the chrome on the sides, black around the windshield and rear glass.
Its apparent that at some point someone had no idea what they were doing.

Unfortunately, that is not original. If it were, it would have the black trim everywhere. Is the body dark blue? Looks like someone just put some black GN bumpers on it. Buick never made any limiteds with black bumpers. The only car other than the GN to receive them were the WE4's. Nice looking car though, albeit a bit confused...
