Car has no exhaust leaks. It has an external waste gate from ATR with an 18 pound spring. Running the bleader valve all the way open nets 21lbs boost. Question is car has an ATR Bypass valve on the front mount Intercooler. Could this valve leak boost causing my low boost problem. Running a pt 54 turbo wastegate puck is centered. Any ideas ?
