Meaning of windshield #'s

When I got may car it had 67 miles on it. There are two stickers on the inside of the windshield under the rearview mirror. One of them is #113 the other is a four digit somthing like 2347. Does anybody know what these are about or does anybody else have these on their car?

I have seen dealers put their own inventory numbers on the Cars. My 10th anniversary (I am the original owner) has numbers which the dealer put on the bottom of the mirror to track it and match up the keys.

Both of my TTAs do not have these markings.
