Why does this guy need a lawyer? The entire sequence of events was caught on several cameras, the cops have him, there's NO chance of "mistaken identity", there's NO doubt whatsoever as to his intentions. He's guilty, cut & dried, no need to spend countless hours in court debating the issue. Let the local judge impose a sentence, and put is ass in prison, period. Let the prison doctors figure out if he was "temporarily insane". Anyone who would shoot the $hit out of his lawyer in plain view of hundreds of news cameras (because he was pissed that his sister got more money than he did in probate ) probably IS insane, but who gives a rats ass?
