Max HP on set-up question:

Given my set-up listed in my signature, if I add alky control, could it generate 500HP safely without any other modifications? I hope the question doesn't appear too silly.

I don't see why not with proper tuning. Whats the car run now?

I bought the car a couple of months ago and I believe the car is running about 300HP on 14-15 lbs of boost. My Extender chip is set for about 16lbs on 93 octane. If I push anymore boost, I start to get knock.

NO WAY on a 44. That's a weird cam for that combo.

if you have ported heads 500hp can be made with the 44..not really sure if you can do it on unported heads.......Bob

yea that cam is WAY tooo big for that combo

that poor 44 is probably running out of air before you spin the 6000 + you need to make power on that cam.

it bet it was put in there for a lumpy idle sound.

44 turbo is good for 580+horsepower and flows 850cfm cars have been 10seconds with that wheel.you will not make that on 16psi though
