MAT error code 25

I recently cleaned my K&N filter, and the next day when i took it out for a ride about 2 miles down the road I got an error code 25.

The MAF reads 05 in idle and sometimes the ATS flashes "hot" or it may have normal readings. If I get into it a little from a stop the engine hesitates and chokes for a second then RPMs will increase. Any ideas what may be the problem?

Did you forget to plug back in the mat sensor after cleaning the air filter?

I remembered to put the sensor back. Im not sure if the cleaning of the air filter and the error codes/bogging are related.
